I am a few weeks behind in my posting, but wanted to share these pictures from the fair.  We go every year and it is fun to see how much more Lizzie can enjoy the rides after only a year!

Back to school fashion show

This is a bit out of order, but before school started this year, we did a bit of a new school clothes fashion show.  Many of these were courtesy of Mimi and Angi and there are other things that have popped up in the blog before that I didn't put on here again (including a certain pretty dress!)  This one is not as light as I would like, but I had to add it because of Martin's expression here!  He pops up in most of the photos.

Dan Visits!

The kids love when Uncle Dan comes to visit!  That means family breakfast, lots of outside play (Frisbee and soccer this time) and general fun.

First day of school!

Lizzie started pre-k last week - what a big day!  Here she is pretending to walk to the school bus - a tradition in my family!  The pre-k kids don't ride the bus, and even if they did, Lizzie would have to walk about 2 miles to the bus stop, so clearly we are driving her!

 She was very excited for her first day!

She had a great time in class and the teacher made a point of remarking at how polite she is!  She knows a few of the other kids in her school, including one other little girl in her class from her babysitter.  A good experience for her overall!
