More summer

We have been to parades,

 Picked raspberries,

and picked rocks galore.

 It has been a great summer!

Did I mention swimming?

These kids have grown leaps and bounds in their swimming this year. Marty leaps off the dock, without plugging his nose - over and over! With his life jacket, he pops back up and safely swims to shore.

Lizzie has not only taught herself to do somersaults in the water (just like her mama) but also to dive! What a big girl!

 Both kids have spent a lot of time on the boat too. Lizzie has gotten herself up briefly on water skis - no pictures of that, all of the picture takers were either in the water helping her or on the boat pulling her! One more month full of trying and I bet we get some good photos. Marty is content to drive the boat and ride the tube.

We have had a great summer so far. We have moved out of "camp" and into our own home again, though we still spend a lot of these hot summer days there, swimming, boating, playing, lobster eating - you get the idea!
