I must be trying to make up for my blogging absence :) Or maybe I am working in Bangor this week and enjoying a shorter commute than I had in January. These are from tonight's bath time - Lizzie loves a good bath! (Just pretend I am not already in my PJs at 7:30 on a Tuesday - never happened).

February

I can't believe it is already February! Here are some cute shots of Lizzie from this month so far (notice the missing sock in the first picture - that is pretty standard for her).
Lizzie isn't crawling yet, but she doesn't let that stop her from getting what she wants, regardless of where it is!

I just though this was a funny picture - I think she is adorable, even with a big glob of spit on her chin.

That's it from us - I am still busy with work (but so glad that I am not working full time) and Ryan is getting his soil ready for the first batch of seeds (a sure sign of spring not far behind).

Computer trouble

We have been having some computer trouble these past weeks, so I am posting an update from my parents house. It has been a long time since the last one (not only because of computer trouble, but because I do a lot more traveling for my job at this time of year). Mom took this pictures last week while she and Dad watched Lizzie.

Lizzie is doing very well - she is clapping like crazy, says "mooooo" when you ask her what a cow says and would really like to crawl, if only she could figure out the forward motion. She is sleeping pretty well at night, but has little interest in anything longer than a cat nap. Ryan and I are having a lot of fun being parents! Hopefully we will get the computer fixed soon!

Good news

Today is our official Adoption Day! We are pleased to report that everything has been made official by the courts. It is an amazing relief to have that final hurdle behind us. We already knew that we were a family, but now we will have the birth certificate to prove it!

Christmas #1

I am finally getting around to putting up some pictures. We have had a fun and busy Christmas (at least 6 family Christmas parties in the last three weeks of December). Lizzie has had so much fun with it! Here she is with Aunt Kate and Uncle John and the dolly that they bought for her (she already had the headband):
