3 weeks

As of yesterday Lizzie is three weeks old! She was weighed on Monday and has reached the 7 pound mark! She is a growing girl. Last night Emily, Casey and Jonas visited us - here are the dads with the babies. Jonas was born one week before Lizzie (they are destined to be great friends).

I haven't downloaded the pics off of my camera recently, so no updated pics to post. Yesterday was Lizzie's 2 week birthday and we had a visit with our local pediatrician. She continues to gain weight - she is now 6 pounds and 8 ounces.

Home!

We finally made it home yesterday! As soon as we heard that we had clearance to leave the state. We were told to expect to be in Louisiana for as long as three weeks waiting for this process, so the quick turnaround was such a wonderful surprise! This is still what the call a "legal risk" time period for us, but in spite of that, we are having such a wonderful time with her! I haven't downloaded all of the pics from our camera yet, but hope to post some here soon. Thanks for all of your good wishes!
